Deposit: Outside peak season - payment in full or 50% for bookings over $500 in value. Peak Season - $500 prior, with 50% by Sep 1 and balance by Dec 1.

Cancellation Terms: Monies paid should be considered non-refundable. In special circumstances, where the vacancy is refilled in full, a refund may be granted less a $100 administration charge.
